SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling and service updates, and customer support messages to customers who have requested a quote or booked service with K911 Networks LLC through our website at contact.k911networks.com, or via our forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated, optional checkboxes for SMS consent: one for non-marketing messages and a separate one for marketing messages. Customers who opt in to marketing messages may also receive special offers, discounts, and service updates.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Our Services

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you give us and on the property's condition. If the property, number of pets, scope, or access differs from what was described, we may adjust the quote before or after the first visit and will tell you before doing extra work.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to give our technicians safe access to the service area on your scheduled day, including unlocked gates or access codes.
Please secure pets that could be aggressive or could escape during a visit. We will close gates we open, and we are not responsible for gates left open by others or for animals that escape through other openings.
Visits may be rescheduled due to weather, holidays, or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
If we cannot access the property on a scheduled visit, the visit may still count as completed.

Recurring Service and Cancellation

Recurring services continue on the frequency you choose until you cancel. There is no long-term contract for recurring pet waste removal; you may cancel at any time by contacting us, and cancellation applies to future visits. Services already performed remain payable.

Payment

You agree to pay for services according to the invoice or the payment terms agreed when you booked. Recurring services may be billed automatically to the payment method on file. Payments are processed by a third-party processor. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspended service.

Landscape Design and Installation

Designs, plans, materials lists, and 3D concept videos are prepared for your property and personal use. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we keep ownership of the design files and you may use them to build your project. Where offered, a design fee is credited toward installation when K911 performs the installation. Installation work is governed by the written estimate or agreement for that project.

Organic Lawn and Pest Services

Our organic and plant-based treatments are designed to reduce pests and improve lawn health, but results depend on weather, property conditions, and pest pressure, and complete elimination of pests is not guaranteed. Please follow any instructions we give you about keeping people and pets away from treated areas.

Satisfaction and Issues

If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 48 hours at 830-465-4700 or [email protected] and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a return visit.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You
